Description
Join UCF head coach Cindy Ball-Malone and UCF Softball staff at a high-paced elite level camp. This camp will be limited in registration numbers and is designed to be fast paced and provide each participant the opportunity to showcase and train at the UCF Softball complex. This camp takes place immediately following UCF's Saturday match up against Utah. Each registration includes one ticket to the April 4, 2026 12pm game.
Dates and Times
Saturday April 4, 2026 3pm-8pm
Check in instructions will be communicated closer to the date of the camp.
Parking will be available in the main softball parking lot. If the lot fills up, you may park in the surrounding grass areas.
Batting helmet, batting gloves, bat, cleats, tennis shoes/ turf shoes, visor or hat & water bottle. Catchers will need to bring their own gear. UCF Softball does not provide equipment to participants, please ensure you have the necessary equipment for the softball camp.
No meals will be provided by UCF during the camp, please plan accordingly. You may bring any outside food into the complex, there are many food options on and near the UCF campus.
We will constantly monitor weather prior to and during our camp and adjust accordingly. In the case of bad weather, we will more than likely move part of the camp to the indoor football field and utilize the inside of the softball building and covered cages.
Please bring all signed forms to registration check-in. The waiver is available for download during the registration process. You may fill the waiver out electronically prior to camp and email to aderusha@athletics.ucf.edu to speed up the check-in process.
UCF Softball merchandise will be available for purchase at the end of camp.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Prior to 72 hours of the start of camp a cancellation fee of $50.00 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a refund is requested.
- Within 24 to 72 hours of the start of camp a cancellation fee of 50% along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a refund is requested.
- No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the start of a camp.
Transfer Policy
- Prior to one week of the start of a camp a transfer may be requested at no charge to a future camp if the price of the camp you are wishing to transfer to is the same or less in price than the original camp. If the camp you are wishing to transfer into is greater, the difference of the camp must be paid in full to successfully register.
- Within 24 hours to one week of the start of a camp a transfer fee of $15 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a transfer is requested.
- Within 24 hours of the start of a camp a transfer fee of $30 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a transfer is requested.
Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp.
All camps & clinics are open to and and all entrants, limited only by number (quantity), age, grade level, and/or gender.
