Description
Join UCF head coach Cindy Ball-Malone, UCF Softball staff, and UCF Softball Players at a high-paced and instructional 2 Day prospect camp. Each participant will go through several position specific drills, modified team setting drills, and modified games to provide maximum exposure for all. Spots are expected to fill quickly, do not miss your chance to train at UCF!

Check-in
Check in will begin 1 hour prior to the start of camp each day and last until the camp starts. Check in will be held outside of the ticket booth at the UCF Softball Complex.

Parking will be available in the softball parking lot. If the lot fills up you can park in any surrounding grass areas.
Equipment to Bring
Batting helmet, batting gloves, bat, cleats, tennis shoes/ turf shoes, visor or hat & water bottle. Catchers will need to bring their own gear. UCF Softball does not provide equipment to participants, please ensure you have the necessary equipment for the softball camp.
Meals
No food will be provided by UCF Softball during the camp, please plan accordingly. You are allowed to bring any outside food into the softball stadium.
Weather
Weather – We will constantly monitor weather prior to and during our camp and adjust accordingly.
Waiver Information
Please bring all signed forms to registration check-in. The waiver is available for download during the registration process. You may fill the waiver out electronically prior to camp and email to aderusha@athletics.ucf.edu to speed up the check-in process.
Merchandise
UCF Camp merchandise will be sold in the team store within the UCF Softball Complex each day. Payment can be accepted via Venmo, Cash, or Check (payable to Ball-Malone Enterprises).
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Cancellation Policy
Prior to 72 hours of the start of camp a cancellation fee of $50.00 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a refund is requested.
Within 24 to 72 hours of the start of camp a cancellation fee of 50% along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a refund is requested.
No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the start of a camp.
Transfer Policy
Prior to one week of the start of a camp a transfer may be requested at no charge to a future camp if the price of the camp you are wishing to transfer to is the same or less in price than the original camp. If the camp you are wishing to transfer into is greater, the difference of the camp must be paid in full to successfully register.
Within 24 hours to one week of the start of a camp a transfer fee of $15 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a transfer is requested.

TEAMS/COACH REGISTRATION
Description
Join the UCF softball coaches for a day of full-team camp. This camp is not designed for the individual player but rather for an entire team. Each team is limited to 15 participants but can be comprised of players throughout the entire travel ball organization. Each team will play in games at the UCF Softball Complex and participate in a fast-paced practice environment. Team coaches, please plan to attend with your team.
The UCF Softball Coaching staff and players will be integrated with each team throughout the day to simulate our daily practices and games. The week leading up to the camp we will send an informational email and a schedule of the day to the registering email on record.
The Nicholson Field House (football indoor practice facility) will be utilized for instruction throughout the day while games are being played at the softball complex.
Team Roster
During the week leading up to the team camp please submit a camp roster of the names, grad years, positions, player email, team name (if bringing players from different teams within organization). We will follow up during the week of camp to obtain roster list.
Check-In
Check-in will begin 60 minutes prior to start of camp at the main gates of the softball stadium in front of the ticket booth. Each participant will need to submit a completed waiver (see waiver section for more information).

Description
Join the UCF Softball Coaches and players for a very instructional pitching camp. Each pitcher will get the opportunity to work with Head Coach Cindy Ball-Malone. All pitchers will go through several different stations working on developing each pitch and receiving real time feedback. EACH PITCHER WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN CATCHER. Catchers do not need to register for the camp. If the catcher is under 18 they will need to complete a waiver form. Parents can be their pitcher's catcher. There may be a mix of stations where live catchers will catch for their pitchers and other stations where pitchers will throw into catch nets.
