Description
Join UCF head coach Cindy Ball-Malone, UCF Softball staff, and UCF Softball Players at a high-paced and instructional 2 Day elite camp. Each participant will go through several position specific drills, modified team setting drills, and scrimmages to provide maximum exposure for all. Spots will be limited and are expected to fill up quickly, do not miss your chance to train at UCF!
Check-in
Check in will begin 1 hour prior to the start of camp each day and last until the camp starts. Check in will be held outside of the ticket booth at the UCF Softball Complex.

$200 per participant
Parking
Parking will be available in the main softball parking lot. If the lot fills up you may park in the surrounding grass areas. If we utilize the Nicholson Fieldhouse during the camp, parking will be made available at a first come first serve bases near the Nicholson Fieldhouse.
Equipment to Bring
Batting helmet, batting gloves, bat, cleats or tennis shoes, visor or hat & water bottle. UCF Softball does not provide equipment to participants, please ensure you have any necessary equipment for the softball camp. Catchers will need to bring their own gear.
Meals
No food will be provided by UCF Softball during the camp, please plan accordingly. You are allowed to bring any outside food into the softball stadium.
Weather
Weather – We will constantly monitor weather prior to and during our camp and adjust accordingly.
Waiver Information
Please bring all signed forms to registration check in. The waiver is available for download during the registration process. To expedite your check in process you can email your completed waiver ahead of time to aderusha@athletics.ucf.edu.
Merchandise
UCF Camp merchandise will be sold in the team store within the UCF Softball Complex each day. Payment can be accepted via Venmo, Cash, or Check (payable to Ball-Malone Enterprises).
Cancellation Policy
- Prior to 72 hours of the start of camp a cancellation fee of $50.00 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a refund is requested.
- Within 24 to 72 hours of the start of camp a cancellation fee of 50% along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a refund is requested.
- No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the start of a camp.
Transfer Policy
- Prior to one week of the start of a camp a transfer may be requested at no charge to a future camp if the price of the camp you are wishing to is the same or less than the original camp. If the camp you are wishing to transfer into is greater then the difference of the camp must be paid in full to successfully register.
- Within 24 hours to one week of the start of a camp a transfer fee of $15 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a transfer is requested.
- Within 24 hours of the start of a camp a transfer fee of $30 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a transfer is requested.

All camps & clinics are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number (quantity), age, grade level, and/or gender.
