Waiver Information 

Please bring all signed forms to registration check in. The waiver is available for download during the registrations process. You may fill the waiver out electronically prior to camp and email to aderusha@athletics.ucf.edu to speed up the check in process. One waiver is good to cover the entire month of the weekly clinics.

Parking 

Parking will be available in the main softball parking lot. If the lot fills up you may park in the surrounding grass areas. 

Meals 

No meals will be provided for this camp. Please plan accordingly. 

Miscellaneous Information 

Weather: We will constantly monitor weather prior to and during our camp and adjust accordingly. If bad weather is present we will more than likely move part of the camp to the indoor football field and utilize the inside of the softball building and covered cages. 

Refund Policy: No refunds will be awarded. Credit transfers only to another 2025 Nights with the Knights Clinic. 

Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy 

Cancellation Policy

• Prior to 72 hours of the start of camp a cancellation fee of $50.00 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a refund is requested.
• Within 24 to 72 hours of the start of camp a cancellation fee of 50% along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a refund is requested.
• No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the start of a camp.

Transfer Policy

• Prior to one week of the start of a camp a transfer may be requested at no charge to a future camp if the price of the camp you are wishing to transfer to is the same or less in price than the original camp. If the camp you are wishing to transfer into is greater, the difference of the camp must be paid in full to successfully register.
• Within 24 hours to one week of the start of a camp a transfer fee of $15 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a transfer is requested.
• Within 24 hours of the start of a camp a transfer fee of $30 along with any associated processing charges will be applied if a transfer is requested.
