Check-In
Check-in will begin a half hour before each session.

Parking
Parking will be available across the street from Hagan Arena in the Hawks' Landing Garage as well as the Mandeville Lot next to Hagan Arena.

Meals
Please bring snacks and drinks to stay hydrated and energized. Food will not be provided.

Wavier Information
Please have your players each fill out the waiver form and bring with them the day of the clinic. Please note, players will not be able to participate until the form is completed and signed by a Legal Guardian.

What if I have to Cancel a Camp?

We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel. Processing fees are non-refundable.

Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
