Description
This is an elite skill-level camp geared toward the dedicated softball player.
Over the one-day athletes will be trained with the same drills and techniques used with our own players. We strive to give your athlete not only training in the sport of softball but an experience she will never forget.
Day and Time
- Saturday, September 21 from 11:00am-3:00pm
Equipment
- Batting helmet, batting gloves, bat, sweats, kneepads, athletic clothing, cleats or turf shoes, visor or hat & water bottle.
- Please make sure to label your equipment.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please make sure you bring a pair of turf shoes with you as well as cleats.
Meals
Meals will not be provided for this session.
Check-In
30 min before the start of camp at the Softball Complex.
Physical
A Current Physical or the Physicians Form signed by a doctor is required for participation in the camp. Please send the form to georgiasoftballcamp@gmail.com prior to camp. The Physician Form is available for download here or during registration. Download Form

Accommodations
Accommodations are not included. Players traveling out of town will be responsible for securing their own accommodations.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on canceled campers.
Miscellaneous Information
Parking: Due to construction on our new team facility the back lot is closed. Parking will be in the lower lot when you pull into the complex.
Can Parents Watch: Yes, they are allowed to observe from the stands of the stadium, and from the outside of the Indoor Training Facility roll up doors. At no time are you allowed to be on the field or in the ITF. Due to the ongoing construction there will be limited/obstructed views. We ask that you take caution and please don’t go into any areas that are cautioned/closed.

We at the Tony Baldwin Softball Camp, take pride in what we do. Our mission is to offer the best experience possible for your daughter. The athletes will be trained with some of the same drills and techniques used to train our student-athletes. Facilities
Jack Turner Stadium
The Georgia softball team plays in a multi-million dollar softball stadium. The facility holds more than 2,000 fans as additional outfield seating was added in 2015. The Jack Turner Stadium, named for the late Jack Turner thanks in part to gifts from himself and his son Jimmy Turner, has been chosen to host 11 NCAA Regionals and four NCAA Super Regionals since the format began in 2006.

Yes, they are allowed to observe from the stands of the stadium, and from the outside of the Indoor Training Facility roll up doors. At no time are you allowed to be on the field or in the ITF.
There is plenty of parking at the Turner Softball Complex, we ask that you park in the lot behind the stadium.
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers. You may send an inquiry (to be handled on a case-by-base basis) to georgiasoftballcamp@gmail.com
It is assumed that each camper will have some sort of storage/equipment bag for their own gear. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gear. Please mark your equipment with your name.
All campers are to provide their own food and/or snacks. Please mark your name clearly on your lunch/snack! Powerade drinks will be available and provided for all campers.

The University of Georgia and the University of Georgia Athletic Association, Inc. is NOT responsible for any injuries sustained by a student participant. NCAA rules prohibit payment of camp expenses (transportation, camp, tuition, spending money, etc.) by representatives of the University of Georgia’s athletic interests. Furthermore, NCAA rules prohibit free or reduced camp admissions privileges for prospects in the 9th grade or above.
